		<description>Wow!  Best of luck with the move!  

I always ask permission before I post about someone and their work.  Photos are copyrighted so if you want to use someone elses photo you should have permission. Most folks are more than happy to be written about and offer their ok freely.</description>

yes, it's acceptable to use a part of a post and link back to the blog; it's considered more ethical to post part of a post than republish the whole article on your blog, since that's what the link is for if your reader wants to read the whole article. you don't have to ask, though you could if you want to. :)</description>
